Comments: I wanted to go sub 40, based on the shape that I am in, I didn't know if I could. But once I got going I pushed hard enough to do that, but I wasn't redlined. Splits: Mile 1 - 7:32 2 - 7:19 3 - 7:26 4 - 7:15 5 - 7:18 5.15 - 5:41 - sprint to the finish What would you do differently?: Nothing really. This was not an A race. Just something to do to get me going this time of year. I didn't want to hurt myself, but wanted to push hard enough to be happy with the time. Plus, they gave a cool shirt. ![]() Post race
