I take glucosamine/chondroiten/MSM (for my joints) and 1 aleve (for PF and DOMS) morning and night. I definitely notice a difference if I miss a few doses.

You should be careful with the amount of Vitamin D you take, as well as A, E, and K; these vitamins are fat soluble, which means your body will store any extra. If you continually take more than you need, they can build up to toxic levels, rather than being voided in urine like water-soluble vitamins.

I just take a regular full multi every morning.  My diet is pretty balanced, but the multi as a cheap "safety precaution".

I take a multi-vitamin daily with iron.  I have issues developing anemia, so my docs decided this was the best plan.

At my cardiologist's recommendation I take a Centrum Silver multi-vitamin daily.  Mostly because I'm on Coumadin and the Silver version has the lowest % of Vitamin K, which counteracts the Coumadin.

Plus I'm old...

I take two fish and/or flax oil and one multi-vitamin daily.  I can go days without sunlight, living where I do and I don't bother with extra D.  Regular exercise and a healthy diet does wonders.

This is a link to some vitamins I'm thinking about trying...
I'm going to be doing a 3x balanced Oly training program, with two sessions of lifting, and probably an extra cycling session per week. I'm 19, and I intend to keep and maintain intense workouts. You can see the labels for the ingredients of the vitamins about halfway down the page under a tab.  Please let me know what you think, and if it'd be worth it. (I have a buddy who can get me a package for about $15 per month because he works at GNC).

Or, should I just stick with the Centrum Sport Multivitamin?
Thanks for your help!

Personally, I would stay away from it.  All the stuff that is alleged to make your metabolism go faster make me super jittery.  And, they aren't necessarily safe.  I stick with a pretty basic vitamin.

Thanks for the input, and for looking into it Artemis... I wasn't entirely sure, because some of the stuff hasn't been approved by the FDA. I've just had several friends (who mainly lift rather than endurance training), who have said great things about the vitapack.

GNC or Max Muscle Men's Sport daily vitamin, Flaxseed oil and calcium. I haven't gotten a single shin splint since I started taking calcium whereas I was getting them regularly before that. I have no clue if that's what did it but it's one of those "can't really hurt" things so I keep taking them.

Don't get it.  It has arginine (sp?) which is a pump product.  Not something endurance athletes want.

Oh and I take a multi, fish oil, some days caffeine pills, BCAAs (not a vitamin), and Beta Alanine.  Probably need to start a joint supplement but I never really got much out of G&C.

Oh and to those that use GNC or Vitamin Shoppe, STOP.  Seriously the prices on anything but their closeout stuff are horrible.

Nothing.  But the two you mention are the only ones I would currently seriously consider were I decide to take anything extra.

I take the GNC Mega Men Joint vitapak - it has fish oil mix (900 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, 647 mg of EPA and 253 of DHA), Mega Men vitamin, and a joint health mix (Glucosamine (1500 mg) and Chondroitin (1200 mg) plus MSM).  I love it - no joint problems.  If your plan is to go with GNC, then get a Gold Card and buy in the first 7 days of the month - save 20% - that makes their price more reasonable.  Plus they have frequent BOGO (buy one get one) half off sales.
