Comments: Went out under pace and helf on to turn around. Somewhat slower on the way back. When I felt my pace was struggling I tried to walk some to gather it back in. Strong finish the last .5 mile. What would you do differently?: Maybe pace my start a little slower. I'd like to have a better last three miles. Post race
Warm down: Stetching and ate soup, bread and some cookies. What limited your ability to perform faster: I trained for the 9:00 mile pace. My goal was a sub 2:00 hour so to come in a 1:57:49 is a plus. Last updated: 2010-10-28 12:00 AM

No real set routine. Ate breakfast (cereal) drand and coffee got pakced and drive about 13 miles to the race site.
