Comments:

Stomach cramps/pain started almost immediately when I started running. Felt ready to get sick the entire time. I was surprised I kept up the pace I did given that.

What would you do differently?:

Not get sick?

Event comments:

I had a lot of fun, but got sick after my first run, then got severely dehydrated and passed out and had to drop out. I did my best to be support for the team and drove the entire rest of the way from there. Wish I could have ran all my legs. Feel like I have to do another Ragnar to make up for this one, but it's not cheap.
