Pre-race routine:

Got up at 5am. Had a bit of cereal, some carrot juice, and some Gatorade. Got to the course at around 5:45.
Event warmup:

Warmed up by jogging a bit around and stretched a bit.

Comments:

Beat my goal of 2:30, so I'm happy for my first half.
What would you do differently?:

Had too much Gatorade too early, so had to make a pit stop that might have been avoidable.

Warm down:

Just kept walking, and stretched a little.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I felt great during the first 10 miles, the last 3 miles were a lot harder. I guess more long runs would have helped me. I generally I took it easy, since my main goal was to finish. Next time I have a time to beat.
