Managed an easy 6.50 miles run...had to burn out all the chocolate fudge cake eaten yesterday... ...LOL

30 minutes on the eliptical to sub for not running this week to recover from some sort of lower leg injury/pain.

20ish minutes of weights just to fill the void.

Back in the grove after 5 consecutive days of no workouts!

Bronchitis hit me last Wednesday afternoon. I took Thursday and Friday off from work and just lay on the sofa sipping water, orange juice, and tea.

Of course, I still have the cough and am being cautious to not push too hard too soon. 

Swim: 1600 yards, 60 minutes

Bike 20 miles. I recorded one of my fastest single miles today 2:10 slight downhill but I was cooking

WU: 5 mile warm up 
MS: Ride 2x5 miles at Sprint race effort with recovery being an easy 1.5 mile spin. 
CD: 1.5 mile cooldown
