Subject: Big midmorning breakfast, not too many calories
Just thought I would share this, this was my mid morning breakfast meal, I feel super full still 40 minutes later, and I'm sure I will for another 2 or 3 hours, heh.  Only 386 Calories for all this.

Egg Beaters 1 Cup
