Pre-race routine:

up got Willie going. Then headed out to race at 8:30. Mike over slept. Got there in time to chip, pee, lineup.

Talked to Ann a little.
Event warmup:

Comments:

Sloppy and wet and slushy. Started to far back and had to do lot of weaving in limited pavement. Passed Ann around a half mile. Got pacing with another lady. We traded lead depending on grade. Ran the first half for Judi and the second half for Helen.

Warm down:

Got pizza, hugged Ann and drove home.

Event comments:

Made it though this series well. No great moments just some fun runs. Missed Julie for the last three. Mike for the last one. Ready for a week off the legs. Maybe some swim, maybe some bike.
