Subject: First Olympic Distance
Whoooohoooo.....completed Sylvania (Ohio) Olympic Distance today. PR'ed on swim, run and probably would have on the bike too but I flatted my back tire after 23 miles (unofficial time 2:35:57). Lots of people PR on this course as it is very flat, but I will still be on a "high" for some time. Does a suit and tie go well with a tri-race t-shirt?

Wow, 2:35 and you flatted!!! That is excellent time my man!  I am doing my first olympic tri this ocming Sunday and estimate that I will finish in a time of over 3:20 or so if I'm lucky.
