Quarq/310XT questions

A few questions for the people with Quarqs and Garmin head units... I am currently using the 310xt as a headunit for my Quarq, a 500 will be replacing it in a few months, so I am using what I have.

As soon as I got the bike on the trainer, I was super excited to get a workout in and see what kind of numbers I am pumping out. I added power and cadence to my data fields to my current bike screen, but now realize I can have Bike 2 for the indoor training session and one for the outdoor.

My questions:

What data fields are you using for the trainer?

What data fields are you using for the outdor?
