I saw on the news last night about all of the storms in the south.  Hope you are all okay!

Dam, Princess. Being sick just sucks!

Yup...what can I say? I am resourceful. Haha.

Neal is doing a sprint that weekend...so I've put myself on the waiting list for the race and but will most likely end up sherpaing for him. Haha.

Is that what you kids are calling it nowadays?

I guess so....:P Haha.

I guess I will really enjoy sherpaing for Neal then....

I'm the one doing all the work....how will his legs be affected...I'm the one sherpaing... Haha

I am going for a run for lunch. There is a nice breeze and I am not accomplishing anything here.

I hope to be back this afternoon, if not. I'll check in hopfully tomorrow sometime. I have an early drs appt and then I'd like to get a swim in.

MORNING GHOULIES.

finally came up for air.

woosh what a week.

put in a 13 hr day on Wed and followed that up with a full day training yesturday.

havent had a moment to myself until NOW.

breath in/breath out.

AHHHH.  there's nothing quite like a ROYAL WEDDING first thing in the morning.

yep.  im a sucker for love and pomp.

Kate is lovely.  and William looks soooo much like his mother.

hopefully the paparazzi will leave them A-L-O-N-E!

Westminster is incredible!

even my boys are watching the ceremony.  LOL.  i suppose it will be the wedding THEY will remember as they get older.  

anyways, enough royal talk.

despite the busy week i was able to get in some decent workouts.  a 5K run and a mile swim. 

im heading to the Y today. i havent decided if im gonna run or swim.  im gonna see how im feeling later on this morning.

i know last night i didnt feel like doing a damn thing.  but a good nights rest helped.

2 clients today and then a DATE tonight!  the guy's a friend of a friend of mine and we met two weekends ago.  what w the holiday we didnt get together last weekend.

we've txtd back and forth the last two weeks but this will be the first time i will see him again since we met.

drinks and dinner.  yipee!

im not sure i will be back in the Village today or not.
