OK, the list is back at:

Karen & Eric
Kyle & Jessica
Shellee
Dana
Eileen
Mike

We have plenty of room for more folks, if any are still interested...

Otherwise, should we divy up who is responsible for what meals?

Breakfast Sat
Lunch Sat
Dinner Sat
Breakfast Sun

I'm getting really excited now!  I hope I'm all healed up and can run again by then!!

So, have we decided on food? I'm definitely ready to bring stuff for a specific meal, just let me know. And, of course, I'll be bringing some snacks, and wine, etc. Ummm... I guess if nothing's been decided I'd prefer being responsible for a breakfast, including eggs, bacon, toast, milk.

Great!  So that leaves us with another breakfast and a dinner.  I'll check in with Kyle and Jessice and between the 4 of us, I'm sure we'll get them covered.

I'm so excited!!!  We went out last weekend and bought a new game called Apples to Apples.  It came highly recommended, so we'll try it out this weekend.  Plus, Pit.

I can do Sunday's breakfast but mine would look more like fruit salad, yogurt, and oatmeal. Would that be alright with everyone? We could also finish off the leftovers.

Well, since you think you're going to take over my game, I guess I'll just be FORCED to bring a couple of other group game options. I've got some really good party games. I was unprepared last year, but this year, watch out!

So it IS a good game, then?  We didn't get to play it after we drove all over town to get it.

I was planning on taking off from Livermore fairly early - like maybe around 5:00-6:00, so here's my questions:

How do we find each other?

What do I need to do if I get there first?

I'm planning on calling them as soon as they open this morning and asking that they keep the door open so we can get in, since I imagine everyone will be arriving late tonight (we're planning on leaving around 5 or so).

We're in cabin #7, which is the big cabin next to the park -- the one where the TriCal folks usually stay during race weekend.

When I check weather.com, it looks like we're in for a nice, sunny weekend.  WOO HOO!  It's grey and rainy here.

Most cell phones won't work well there, but Eric's will.  I'll PM everyone with that number.

For those who haven't been there before, linens and towels are provided.  I'm planning on bringing my wetsuit and goggles, but I'm not 100% sure I'll go swimming.  But I'm thinking a Sunday morning dip might be nice.

Linens and towels are provided, how about pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, and eating utensils? I just went to a vacation house and they didn't have toilet paper and only one roll of paper towels.

Also, is this the place? http://www.lakesanantonioresort.com

I might be leaving from work also, depending on if I need to go back home to get stuff.

Thanks,
Mike

Sorry, I should have mentioned that as well.  Many many pots and pans and utensils and such are provided.  Plates and glasses and silverware as well.  In the past, though, I've brought some of my own stuff just because I wasn't sure what they would have.

Funny thing is, someone else always packed up my kitchen stuff and now have 4 different pepper shakers.

And, yes, that's the place.  I'm not sure where you'll be coming from or what direction.  But basically, it's right there in the park.  Go down Lynch hill, we're the cabin straight ahead, next to the park.

I just confirmed with Katie in the office there that's we're good to go.  She'll make sure the cabin is open for whomever is the lucky first-to-arrive.  She also confirmed that it's sunny and warm there today.

If anyone needs me to bring anything special, just let me know.

I'm not sure how the cabin is set up, but if we go to bed before you're there, we'll try to make sure you get in a front room.  How's that sound?

So... anyone interested in going down the first weekend in Feb?  I know it's short notice, but I'm willing to check on a cabin if enough folks are interested.

Let me know.

Karen,
I'd like to come but I've got an event scheduled for the first weekend in Feb (my first 50k), but the only other weekends I know I'm busy are 2/18 and 3/11. I'm pretty sure everything else through April is open for me.
