Expert 932    Salisbury |  Subject: New neighbor in southern DE!So, there's a good chance I'll be living somewhere in the lower DE area. I have a job oportunity in Salisbury MD. I know the ocean is right there but was wondering if there is a lake in that area that I can do open water swims? Also, any bike trails? Running trails? I'm trying to find my location to live and I may as well try to make training as convenient as possible.  |

. We usually have 1 team workout a week (swim, bike, run, brick, etc) and then we have Coach-led workouts several times a week through Bricks Multisport (training facility). I think our team is over 50 strong, with a core group for about 15-20 that train regularly together in Dover.|
