I'm doing OK it was way worse earlier this morning, now I am just slippy in the world if you know what I mean.  I already have low sodium, the only thing I take for migranes is excedrine migrane and WTF give up my morning coffee.  I do have meclizine at home and that will clear it up in a week or so but it makes me sleepy and loopy.

pitt83 - 2011-05-03 9:49 AM I know what you mean. I get it BAD where I have a week on the couch holding my head still trying not to vomit. I can't even watch TV; just have to sit and suffer with no visual stimulation. Meclizine is terrible, but it works. If you have access to Valium, that works better. 2mg dose. And excedrine migraine has 500mg of caffeine per dose, so that's doing you no favor. Mix a cocktail of aspirin and tylenol w/o caffeine.

crowny2 - 2011-05-03 7:18 AM This weather is really starting to make me angry.  Took off on a ride last night (75 minute interval workout).  From the time I left to the time I got home, the wind switched from the WNW to the ENE and the temp went from 60 to 48.  WTF!!!!  To top it all off, I had to wait in the garage for the wife to get home from the gym for about 20 minutes because like a dumbazz I forgot my keys.  I was shivering like a leaf.  Took a 20 minute steaming shower and was still cold as hell after for at least another 1/2 hour.
