slow ..got disorientated in the transition maze
What would you do differently?:

Comments:

had quadricep pain on the first mile or two (funny I wrote the same thing last year), but started to feel better after that. choked on some of the aid station water which was full of ice. anyway, wound up with a decent run. stomach was feeling strange, maybe a bit too much gatorade on the bike.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

not sure at this stage, went as hard as I could. PR'd by 11 minutes.

yah, weather was amazing. I was a little confused why my legs didn't want to push the bike hard. I felt like you described in your report...just didn't have the full power for some reason.  Felt generally ok on the run, but never felt totally in the groove for most of the race.
