Got into a good pace but had problems sighting the buoy - definitely went off course, my pace was probably better than 2min/100m since I had to make several course corrections
What would you do differently?:

Probably move to right or to the left a little more so I don't get kicked - my pace was such that I was able to keep up with the pack. Also my breathing was too much to the right side

Don't know what I would do differently - roads were wet and course was pretty hiily

Forgot to start run on my Garmin until about 1 mile into it...didn't really know how far I had run, that was unsettling.
What would you do differently?:

Better pacing going out - have a plan for HR and pace - didn't really have one
