Anyone know of one? Maybe just sturdy enough to transport a pair of dress shoes. You think this would work?

No, I wouldn't attach anything like that to a carbon seat post. You can't have point contact (or rather if you do, very minimal force).

Back pack would be a much better option.

You can pick up an aluminum seat post pretty cheap. And a saddle is not that expensive if you are going to be switching it often. I used the seat post/saddle from my mountain bike to use a seat post rack on my road bike.

 

Of course if all you need to transport is a pair of shoes there might be a simpler solution.
