Swim
Comments: Poor swim. Continue to struggle with heart race & oxygen debt. Had to breast stroke for large sections just to catch breath. What would you do differently?: Training needed at higher speed. Transition 1
Comments: Not a bad bike effort. Pushed a bit hard toward the end, but stuggled with the transition. Was very thirsty and suffering from dry mouth on bike. What would you do differently?: Drink more. Chew gum Bike
Comments: Pretty good bike effort overall What would you do differently?: Maybe lighten up a bit coming to transition. Drink, get ready. Transition 2
Comments: Pretty whipped after bike. Then passed my bike rack and had to hunt around. What would you do differently?: Drink leading in. Not blow it on the bike racking. Run
Comments: Had to stop and drink at the halfway aid station. Then walked for probably 1 minute or so. What would you do differently?: I think I started too fast. I forgot to start slow and build. I needed better hydration to start. Post race

Ate breakfast (Oatmeal) and drove to race which was about 90 minutes. Had a banana and large coffee in route.
Not much warm up. Swam a bit.
