Pre-race routine:

Got up and headed to tim hortons. Figured, I had lots of time before the race start and got a bagel and eggs.

Jumped in the water and the temp was perfect!

Lots of people packed into the first short leg before the first turn. I had to stop and get pulled along around the buoy. It was a washing machine!

Good run until I started tasteing eggs again. Not good. Cramp and had to slow down until it went away.
