Comments:

Heart rate out of wack on the way out but began to recover on the last 1.5 into the finish. Gong forward I need to trust my run more. This run was slow for me but I am glad I pushed through it. When it started I thought I would have to walk most of the way.

Course: The water was quite murky with branches and plants. I let the faster swimmers get out in front in my wave first. My heart rate spike b/c I was ot use to the open water since last year. Once at the bouy my feet got stuck in some long underwater grass and I panicked a little. Swam to a canoe to fix my goggles and then resumed.

Course: A hilly loop in the area. Looking back I should have driventhe course in advance. I was tired after the swim and the hills took their toll on me. Must admit I was discouraged for awhile on the ride.
