Swim
Comments: This was a strong swim from start to finish...one of my best. I never broke stroke except when a couple of guys crossed in front of me. Excellent navigation and sighting. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Transition 1
Comments: Not bad. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Bike
Comments: Since they added the big hills the day before the race, I was a bit tentative before we hit them. This was not the all out, slobbering effort of a TT. What would you do differently?: Give a little more. Transition 2

Comments: Picked it up in the second half. What would you do differently?: I still feel like I don't know how to push and suffer on the run. Post race
Warm down: Walking around, hanging out, dip in the lake, some stretching. What limited your ability to perform faster: The clydesdale weight. Running volume. The usual. Smoothie with multivitamin, banana, yogurt, greens, ginger, apple and milk. Strong coffee. Early to transition, hang out and relax.
Some easy jogging and stretching and a brief swim.
