Has anyone here done the training programs or camps from Multisports.com?  They are put on by Paul Huddle and Roch Frey.  I am really interested in doing the IMCDA camp in April of 2006 (you swim, bike and run on the actual course) but it is pretty expensive, so I was hoping I could get some feedback from any BTers who have done these programs.  They also sell a 27 week IM training program, with unlimited Q&A.  Would like input on this as well.

I have not done any of their camps, but have talked to others who have.  Nothing but great feedback.  I have worked with Rock/Huddle as a volunteer at a few races and can tell you that they are both great guys and very committed to the sport of triathlon.

I was thinking of doing their AZ camp but it is the same weekend as the tampa marathon, so I guess not.  Still thinking about using their IMAZ training plan though. Looks like a great plan.  I think it would be great to do a camp on the course before-hand.
