PR on the bike followed by a PR on the run. My run would have been better if I had more efficient form - probably would have caught that shaggy-haired dude and took 2nd in AG.
What would you do differently?:

Work on form more, especially during track workouts.

Set PRs on the bike and run, but not a PR for an Oly since I will never ever top that ridiculous 19' swim at the NYC tri in 2009. But in terms of execution, I would count this as an Oly PR.
