I found the course last week, the entrance I went in had no notifications regarding trespassing and I found my way around. The single track looks great with no mud or really loose sections. The stream is high and will at least be ankle deep on race day in the middle of the bike course. I hope the weather keeps up. It looks like somebody has been out there clearing some brush on the trail. I also checked out the swim, pretty nasty start and exit, I hope they have people at the waters edge. Might be tough for short people to get out of the water. At least 1 foot deep water with 2 foot rock wall to climb out of.

Any idea on water temp? I'm just wondering if it is wetsuit legal.

Unless Xterra has different temp cutoffs, I can't imagine a Washington race being non-wetsuit legal...

The water temp is 72.  It will likely be too warm for a wetsuit. I think last year the cut off temp was 70 for a wetsuit. It's a really muggy lake, you're better off without one.
