So last full month of summer and trying to keep those summer resolutions. Lets make them happen.

 

Starting Weight 213.6

Goal by end of August 205

I'm in I have 2 triathlons I'm training for and losing 20 pounds would make things a lot easier.

Time to start doing something different!  In my defense, I had a 300 mile bike ride over the weekend, and I ate ALOT of food!  Now that it's over, I have to go back to better eating.  Time to get my WW points calculator out again and get serious.

193.1 this morning. I hope to make it to 190 by Aug 20.

I hope to weigh 189.1 at the end of august, which would be less that I weighed when I graduated from High school in 95.

Weighed this morning 190.1 !!! I made it to my goal a week early. I hope to keep going and work on my end of August goal of 189 or <

August Goal:  Net LOSS for month (like to see 2-3 lbs if I have to assign a number)

8/2:  175

(Tuesday is my Official Weigh Day and 175 is my Never Again Number--took a while to get there and can't wait to see it in my rearview!)

Weighed in today 212.8 so 0.6lbs off. Better than nothing but not been a good week as I have a busted ankle. Hope to do better next week.

I'm in!  I struggle so much in the summers--I teach so the lack of rigid schedule leads to snacking.

Thought I'd join in on this as well. Was 265 Jan 1st, now down to 224, but have been finding the past few weeks tough going. Need to get back on track, and hopefully get down to 216 by the 31st!

Been on vacation camping for 2 weeks.  Just got back last night, and I do feel as if I've lost at least a little weight.  I'll post a starting weight tomorrow.  I think I ended July at about 222 or so.

WOOT!  I'm down from 175.  2.2 for the week is the largest loss I think I've ever had.  Let's hear it for staying in my calorie ranges, eating all my fruits and veggies, and getting my exercise!!
