Subject: First Sprint Tri

Hey All,

Thought to mention I have my first sprint tri next weekend, I am looking forward to it.  This morning I finally feel ready for the swim, I will be slow but I will finish it.

So when it is finished I will post on how I did and start planning for next year as this is the only tri I am doing this year.

Thanks for all valuable info that I have gotten from everyone that has posted it has helped me greatly.

My first will be October 1 at Lake Royale in NC. 500 Meters lake swim, 15 miles on the bike and a 5K that is supposed to be fairly hilly. 

Training is going fairly well, and I look forward to it.
