Comments:

I hate the run. I was overheating. Walked a few times for a couple of driveways.
Post race
Warm down:

Water and sat down in grass to cool off. Got up and got some more water, o.j., 1\4 of an orange, piece of banana and part of a bagel.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Issues with my genetic disease. Been sick the last few weeks and haven't trained much since my first tri 5 weeks ago.

Event comments:

Dismount line could have been marked better. The section leading in and out of course should have been segregated better. Bikers almost ran into runners several times. I would participate again.

Hey shock-er.  You did well dealing with your issues during the event.  Your times reflect your determination and the humidity was no joke on race morning.  Under even slightly better weather conditions you would have been a lot more confortable and finished with better times.

Just keep "dealing" and that perfect race will come soon enough.  Keep tri-ing!
