Pre-race routine:

Woke up at 4AM and got a shower. Packed the car and out of the house with the wife just before 5. Made a peanut-butter and jelly sandwich and ate it on the way to the race. Arrived at the race site about 6 and got marked and was ready to go.
Event warmup:

Not much. Got in the water for just a few minutes.

Swim was once again a struggle. Added one minute on the swim compared to the same race as 2 weeks ago.
What would you do differently?:

Work has been crazy for the last 2 weeks and I've only been able to swim once in the last 2 weeks. More time training.

Can't think if anything going much worse than my run today. Haven't had any time to train for the last couple of weeks and knew I wouldn't have much for the run, so I put everything into the bike. Was completely spent when I came off the bike. Just had to suck it up and shuffle through 3 miles without falling out.

Not being able to train almost none for the last 2 weeks
