All 56cm bikes are not created equally.  A 56cm Trek does not fit like a 56cm Felt which doesn't fit like a 56cm Specialized which doesn't fit like...

You get the picture.

Find the frame that fits best for YOU.  Go get a fitting done and find out which bike fits you best.

Trust me.  I wish someone would have gave me this advice a couple of years ago when I didn't know jack about bike fit.  I rode a bike that didn't fit me all that well for two years.  I since rectified the situation and have sort of become a student of the bike fitting game.

Thanks GMAN, i'm currently on a 54 masi coltella and it is way to small , so now i need to sell this and find a bigger frame.
