Subject: 20 week or 16 week Oly training plan? I am new. I am wrapping up a 16 week 2x balanced sprint training plan. It's going well. I need more swim work. My ultimate goal is to do IM in Jul 2013. My next step is Oly distance. I am wondering the difference between the 16 and 20 week plans and which one I should choose to vault me into HIM training next year. I was thinking of doing the 16 week, swim focussed, but if a 20 week program would better prepare me... Any thoughts would be helpfull. Thank You. |
