Nothing special, woke up, ate and ride bike to the event place around 2 km.

Course was definitelly shorter. My swim time is usually around 37 so it is not possible that I swam that course so fast, and so did everyone else.

That was the slowest transition of all times. Some pin fell of my belt, was trying to get it back, almost hit a bike, not sure why everything went so slow.
What would you do differently?:

Move faster, at least below 2 minutes. Get tri shoes, so can clip easilly on bike.
