Every night they pretend to be race horses and run laps around the backyard and never in shoes. Their gait is completely effortless, midfoot strike, short little strides. Perfect, I hope they never watch me run I'm impressed they are racing no matter what their foot strike looks like! |

How you play the next two years of their life is key if you expect to gravy train off your kids pro careers in triathlon. Another thing to worry about, make sure end up your same size so you can "borrow" their gear. If they don't turn pro, yes you are a failure for not blessing them with the right genetics and decent shoe(s). My two girls run so differently, not sure where they learn to run but one is all arms while the other barely twitches her arms. Great fun to watch. |

They should be placed in foster care with a triathlon coach, I just hope its not already to late. Your a great dad for getting them involved at such a young age.
