Big glass fruit smoothie with protein powder. Full body Foam roller. 10 minutes rebounder.

Comments:

Not easy to maintain even splits due to the overall down hill effect. I didn't like the water stations at the mile splits. I took 1 gel at 6 miles and 1 endurance amino and 1 anti-fatigue caps at 8 miles.
Post race
Warm down:

Massage at the finish area. They rubbed the back sides of my legs. Felt good. Walk about 15 minutes to the car with Ann.
