Ok - very strange.  The girl I ran with, who I know ultimately beat me, is still showing the same time (2:04..) while my time now is 2:01:xx.  (not true)

Mine went down a bit as well. My thought is they are adjusting for the extra .1X mile the course length was. Missy had the Garmin at 13.24 from line to line. I saw others had distances in that range as well.

That would be strange since I expect to "overrun" a course of that distance.  I ran 13.2 and my friend registered a 13.22, which I think is typical.  It was a USATF measured course, so it was technically accurate.  Anyway, while my last .1 was slow I don't think it took 5 minutes.

I wish I had run it in 2:01 something, but that's just not true.

I see now what happened.   The chip start time has changed for me.  My friend, who I crossed the start line with and shows an accurate time, has 3:57 as her chip start.   My chip start now shows 9:09.

For all of those noticing that they ran further than 13.1 miles, here's an interesting article on DCRainmaker about running the line: http://www.dcrainmaker.com/2009/03/racing-line-understanding-how-courses.html

The times are back to what they were originally now.  It's a good thing I printed out a screen shot of my faster PR though!  Cool

Shoot - somehow this made my previously good time seem less successful.  Man.
