Woke up at 4:40, showered, ate a banana, balance and drank a gatorade.

Multiple trips to the porta potty and some light stretching.

Good run until mile 22 when my right lower leg was done running. Had to walk the last 4.2.
What would you do differently?:

Not get hurt at mile 22.

Good job.  Looks like I finished within about 5 minute of you.  I really hit the wall too with about 4 miles to go.  Did manage to run a little bit, with some walking mixed in.  No real pains, just could not keep running.

Yea the wait for the pizza at the time we finished was pretty long.  I didn't wait for it, didn't really think I could eat anything for a little while anyway.
