Comments: first 5 miles ran 6:30-6:35, then held 6:45 for next 4-5 miles, slowed a little mile 10, long uphill, 7:15ish, then picked it back up for last 1.5miles What would you do differently?: need to do longer runs more consistently through season, kinda crammed in 3 weeks after the tri ![]() Post race
