Subject: Healthy snack ideas
I'm still new to the BT board, but haven't seen much talk here about healthy snacks.

We all know we should eat more veggies...the biggest question is how? Raw is appealing for only so long, and others practically require cooking and eating immediately when done.

I bring lunch/food to work every day, keep basic condiments in the company fridge, and then use the lunch room microwave to the best of my abilities to make something tasty and nutritious for lunch.

Sometimes I succeed and it's all delicious (today was one of those days). Hooray!
Other times, I cook something that makes all my co-workers think I'm insane for even trying to eat it (tuna+oatmeal, for instance).

Maybe other BT's will share their most recent good veggie healthy snack discoveries??
Here's mine:

1/2 small can of mandarin oranges, drained and rinsed
+
1 cup of Green Giant frozen broccoli cuts, micro'd on high for 2 min

Mix and enjoy -- or sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds if you have them!
