Agressive Driving in this state is defined as attempting to use your vehicle to impose your will upon others. Going slow/not making passing progress in the left lane is defined as aggressive driving, and I know of at least one successful case of prosecution...6pts and nearly 1k in fines. |

That is fine in the right lane, why be an a hole and do it in the left lane? Agree with the sentiment, but cops cannot give tickets for being an a hole, which is what the OP said he'd do. It is against the law in this state to ride side-by-side with another vehicle without passing. But that wasn't detailed in the OP. Driving 64mph in the left lane could well mean you're passing a string of cars doing 55. |

Some states the law says it's illegal to be impeding traffic in the left lane. No speed is mentioned. So technically you could be given a ticket for doing 90 in the left lane if you're holding up a cannonball run. |

If I could right a hole tickets Cord, I wouldn't have time for BT. I'd be swamped. My suggestion: Get a separate ticket book. You're technically letting them go by not writing a real ticket, but you offically get to call them an a-hole. No points, no fine: Just being called out as a proven a-hole. |

Four lanes of traffic and he's in the left lane and everyone is passing him on the right. every once in a while he would speed up to about 70 and then slow-down to 60. Traffic was heavy so it took a while to get around the azz! |
