Had a great time guys, thanks for cheering for me! My wife was confused why there were other people cheering for me until I explained it. It was great to meet all of you and since I've got the bug we'll be seeing each other again!

Ha ha, I could tell she was uncomfortable, and wasn't sure why...makes sense now. That's good stuff.

I don't know how Aaron always has the race results page so quickly...I was looking for it for hours, and BAM! he's got it immediately. What's his secret?

I think she was also worried I was going to faceplant as soon as I crossed the finish line.  Truth is, I was worried about that too but coming back in on the run hurt a lot less than going out.  Guess I had more juice left than I thought.  Oh well, I'll remember that next time.

I sent some pictures to my family from the race and my brother in law asked if I would ever consider doing such a difficult thing again.  Made me laugh and I told him I wouldn't consider it, I was doing it.  Loved that feeling.

I just realized I almost beat you Aaron!  If I had been just another 46:05 faster I would have had you.  Man, give me a tri bike, take 30 lbs off my frame and cut my bike and run times in half and I would have owned you!

Sorry, just dreaming for a sec there.  Must plan next season and figure out how to lose 30 lbs...
