I've got a designer friend that has designed jerseys for Athletic Training Services in Atlanta, as well as for a few Adventure Racing clubs. She's really, really good. If you want, I can probably hook you up...

Yes.  Zbikewear.com  They have several material options as well as design options.  Full custom or partial.  Reasonibly priced as well.

Price:  About $35 a jersey for an order of 25 jerseys, full custom.

Is that a typo, or is the site different? I went to check it out and got a bad link.

No, that's the link.  Their site must be down.  Google Zbikewear and you'll find pages of examples of their work.  They do work for large organizations so I know they can't be out of business.

This is related to a thought I had the other day:

Why don't we have a BT uniform available for purchase. I have the singlet, but I think it would be cool to have a good looking BT tri suit or two piece. If it looked good enough, I'd certainly wear it regularly.

dgunthert, I'm working on this currently for jerseys, water bottles and other stuff as i realize we need to expand and get something more pro out there at the races.  I am initially trying to get hooked up with louis garneu...but it's been a pain-in-the-@ss getting a call back and getting things rolling with them.  it's funny (rant coming on), i have THE WORST record of finding reputable compainies to do business with...it seems customer service has gone to hell here in the US. whether its t-shirts, singlets, getting my only computer fixed, jerseys...i have the worst luck.

i will be calling china tomorrow to get these for ya by the new year.  they will take my money.

Isn't Louis Garneau Canadian? I know it is a Canadian company, but maybe they have an office in the US?

Try Sugoi. Most of the bike clubs around here have jersey's made by Sugoi. Here's a link to our jerseys. I think the prices are quite affordable too as Sugoi sponsors the club so the club gets a discount on the price. In return Sugoi puts their names on the jerseys. We also have ladies shorts and bib shorts, mens and women's tri tops, mens and women's tri shorts, unisex skin suits, unisex vests, unisex jackets, arm warmers and booties too.

I also have a one of a kind jersey made by Sugoi though I didn't buy it, I won it, so I have no idea how much it cost. It's made with a new kind of technical fabric though. Way cool.

I should mention that our club members pay $75 for a men's or women's jersey and $70 for women's or bib shorts. I think that is pretty close to the price that Sugoi gives them to us for though it might be a couple of dollars more to offest the cost of providing Elite Team members with free clothing.

Also these prices are in Canadian dollars and according to xe.com $70CDN = $59.63USD and $75CDN=$63.89USD.

Great. I love this site and wouldn't mind being out there promoting it for you. BUT, the kit has to have some style. The Javelin gear or the stuff that Dan has on Slowtwitch are good examples. TNO is NOT a good example.

You've got a cool logo and lettering. It should be pretty easy to come up with some eye-catching gear (at least for someone that has some artistic talent, which I don't). Maybe blue and red with some white highlights? Do you have mock-ups of what you're looking to get?

I love my BT singlet and have worn it for several running races, but it is kind of plain.
