Went to the gym for the 1st time Post-Katrina yesterday...ugh.  Covered 2 miles (won't say I ran them, that would be a lie), running about a mile and a quarter total and thought I was going to puke!  I also swam about 150 meters...holy crap!  Amazing what 10 weeks off (was lazy 2 weeks pre-Katrina) will do to you.  I'm sore as hell today.  But that's okay!  At least me and hubby have gotten that initial workout over with.  Now if I can get my diet back in check...

Yea! Glad your back in the saddle! Stay with it! Remember the good feelings from when you were "galloping" a few months ago... Giddy up!

It's a "good" sore though, right?

Oh yeah...definitely a good sore...the kind where you can't move in the morning!

Woo-Hoo!  Brings back memories of 6 months ago, when I first started this madness!  That's okay though, the results will definitely come around next season!
