Subject: First Race of the Season--Yahoo
Finished my first race of the season--Simsbury River Run 5K

I am so excited. Cut my time from last year by two minutes. What a difference when the legs are healthy. Came in 2/11 in my age group 50-59 and 57/230 overall. My time was 24:07 which means for the first time in a long time I broke the 8mm barricade. I am so pumped and tired!!!!!

Tomorrow is definately a rest day.
