Taylor proved best at CD. There is an article that reviews them in the article section.
I have a Taylor and like it. The problem is the truth it tells. If it could just lie a little.

I have the Tanita Ironman scale. I have been happy with it. It provides % body fat and numerous other values.

Personally, I would just get a cheap scale, measure yourself daily or weekly for conscious awareness and track your progress. This one is perfectly up to the task.

You can check the brand etekcity on Amazon. Its body weight scales is the top seller on Amazon.

I have the Garmin scale. It measures bmi, water, muscle, bones weight etc. It's nice, but from all the research I did most of them are novelties. While they give you a number most are inaccurate at best. That said it still does track progress. So, while the lean muscle may be off by say 10 lbs (not saying it is off that far just picking a random number) it's always off by that much. When losing or gaining weight, I can watch that number move to see where I'm losing or gaining from. Hope that helps.
