I don't know about you, but I need a vacation in the worst way. I'm giving this some serious consideration. I speak Spanish, I've always wanted to go to Spain, so it looks like a perfect location for some training and R & R. Anyone ever go on one of these trips? Anyone want to go on one of these trips? The terms and conditions page has links to all of the details.

P.S. They have a "beginner triathlete" program...

if you are totally serious about performing 100%, these training camps are the best way to improve!!! 10 days seems a bit short though.

I saw that and if I wasn't doing a couple of trips this spring . . . if you go . . . you have to report back. That would be a killer trip.

I looked at airfare to Barcelona this morning.... it's not too bad. The cost of the whole week wouldn't be much more than a normal vacation or even a trip to a race out of state. At least that's what I'm telling myself...

Single, married, kids??

A vacation for me other than our usual trip to the Eastern Shore beaches to stay at my Aunt-in-law's beach townhouse turns into a huge expense. We spent over $1,200 just to go to Indy last year to watch the U.S. GP with me, the wife and the two boys ...... and that was with us driving there and only staying from Thursday to Sunday. Ughh ......

Thread-wise, training camps can be very beneficial, but make sure you are 100% on the credentials of the instructor's and try and get some feedback/referrals from people who have attended that specific one.

Try getting your airfare from AIREUROPA.COM. Its a spanish website but way cheaper than if you use Continental. I go Spain avery other year, born there, to visit my family. Have a great trip and let us know how it went!!!

Dude, I lived in Spain for two years, it's awesome. That would be near paradise for me; triathlon vacation in Spain. Yeah, if you go, you need to give us a full report of it!
