This storm is suppose to last throughout the week....so no riding for me for a while and I think I have to go run on the treadmill instead.....This is along my running and biking route

The gulls seemed to be enjoying it, but then, what do they care? Of course you could ride outside on your trainer, it would give you the feeling of a 40 mph downhill, or uphill if your good.

The pic I posted was the wave I was in.  For my first tri, it was a horrible experience.  It took me around 30 minutes to swim 400m. 

But that's only me.  Chucky is probably a way better swimmer and swam like a fish.
