Hardly a swim.
I came out of the water in first, but two girls passed me up the stairs before the timing mat in T1.
What would you do differently?:

Learn to run in my wetsuit. I had a good swim. Whatever.

I couldn't get my suit off.
Then I couldn't get on the bike.

Whatever.
What would you do differently?:

Not look at Conway.

I got a hot spot, and I think it's due to how my ankle was taped.
I need to have a work with the podiatrist about that.
What would you do differently?:

Just run.
Post race
Warm down:

None. Just chilled and watched the hardcore kids.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Self-doubt.

Event comments:

It might have been an alright course for a sprint, either that or I am just not used to mini's just it seem weird.

Nice hitout before Shep, Jess.  Great swim, as ever!!!!!  And you've got all the bad luck out of the way now, as well.

Take it easy and have a blast on the HIM.
