Subject: been sick, not able to train
I'm a few weeks into the 16 week olympic plan. But I've been sick and missed my training for the past week. I don't know what to do, should I just start up where I should be and miss the training days. Or should I start up where I left off, adding a week to the plan. If I were to do the second way, is there a way to easily shift the entire plan over a week in my logs?

If you don't actually have a race date you are aiming for you can change the target date of your plan and re-import it. Other than that I'd say to go ahead and write off the missed days and pick up with the current planned sessions. 1 week isn't that much to miss. I was out 1 month.
