Subject: RE: Training for first triathlon RUNNINGN IS A BIG CONCERN FOR ALL SINCE IT IS THE LAST LEG AND YOU ARE FATIGUED ALREADY. i HAVE FOUND THAT IF I BREAK UP MY WORK OUT (SWIM ONE DAY, BIKE THE NEXT AND RUN THE LAST DAY ) AND AT THE END OF THE WEEK PICK A LEG AND DO IT FOR TIME I CAN ACHIEVE MY GOALS FASTER AND WITH EASE. I HAVE LOOKED AT THE DISTANCE FOR MY NEXT EVENT AND HAVE CONCENTRATED ON THAT DISTANCE. I ALSO WILL INCREASE MY SPEED BY 10% EACH WEEK. THIS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE BUT IT HAS SEEMED TO WORK
