austin danskin?

My wife did Danskin Austin last year. Everything seemed great to me as a spectator and she finished about where she expected. Water was warm, ride has only a couple of hills (I called them speed bumps), and the run is on grass. The parking is a ways from the event so get there early and take a shuttle or use the walk as a warm up. We'll be volunteers this year so will see you there. Austin and Danskin seemed made for each other: laid back, fun and supportive!

I've done a Danskin out here in California, and it was terrific. Very well supported, very encouraging! I'd recommend it--they put on a good race!
