Comments:

Crap...but I made it out of the water. That's all I really wanted
What would you do differently?:

I just need to train more and do more open water swims
Transition 1
  • 00m
Comments:

Pretty happy with T1
What would you do differently?:

A stool would have been good for getting wetsuit off. But I'm happy
Bike
  • 30m
  • 12.43 miles
  • 24.86 mile/hr
Comments:

Cycling was good. Passed everyone that I saw. Knowing the couse better wuld have helped more. Didn't get out of saddle at all. Maybe a bit too conservative of a ride.
What would you do differently?:

Hammered more and know course better and took more advantages when i could have.
Transition 2
  • 00m
Comments:

Very good T2. Good plan
What would you do differently?:

nothing
Run
  • 20m
  • 3.11 miles
  • 06m 26s  min/mile
Comments:

A little crampy at the end. Same as cycling...know the couse would have helped me guage how much further I had to go. Might have helped me push it a bit more.
What would you do differently?:

Study course before!!!
